As a Full Cycle Recruiter, you will own the client relationship while working closely with select candidates primarily at an intermediate to senior level. As a consultant recruiter your role will be to source, recruit and identify qualified and suitable candidates for our clients. You will develop and manage a portfolio of accounts and work closely with the clients to develop strong relations. You will network, conduct interviews, present candidates for job opportunities and obtain references.
- Insurance experience is required in Property and Casualty or Life
- Experience working as a recruiter is preferred
- You have excellent sales and customer service and computer skills
- A proven sales track record is a good start.
